Double Standard in Justice Dept. Dr Robert S Blum, Neurosurgeon falsified Hospital patient medical
record to get money from old Lady, He admitted in writing in Hospital records that he falsified records
of old Lady to get money from her. No investigation or Prosecution of Dr Robert S Blum.
