Double Standard in Justice Dept. In 2008 at CA Med Board tape-recorded Hearing of Frauds done

by Dr Robert S Blum, the Med Brd Consultant, Dr Robert Zeff said that the actions of Dr Blum

are Not Legal and Not ethical. No investigation of Prosecution of Dr Blum.
