Double Standard in Justice Dept. In 2010, Dr HRB of Los Angeles, investigated for Frauds. His Med
License revoked. Dr Robert S Blum, Neurosurgeon in Solano County, CA committed several Frauds,
evidences submitted to Justice Dept. No investigation or Prosecution of Dr Blum.
