The crimes of Dr Robert S Blum, Licensed Neurosurgeon in Vallejo, CA. He falsified Hospital
patient medical record to get money from old Lady. Dr Blum admitted in writing in Hospital records
that he falsified Hospital patient medical record. No investigation of Dr Blum.
