Double Standard in Justice Dept. In 2010, Dr CRB of Carmel investigated for illegal crimes. Result:
Med License revoked. Dr Peter E Philbin, Nephrologist in Solano County, Lied under oath on witness
stand during Judicial Hearing, recorded in transcript. No investigation of Dr Philbin.
