Physician Falsifies Hospital record for money.
Dr Robert S Blum, Licensed Neurosurgeon Falsified Hospital patient medical record to get
money from old lady, Not his patient. He just grabbed !! Robert Sherer, Senior investigator of
CA Med Board has all records and documents. No investigation. this is Double Standard of Justice.
