Double Standard in Justice Dept.
Barry Bonds tried for Perjury and Obstruction of Justice. Dr Peter E Philbin Lied under oath on
witness stand and recorded in 100 page transcript of that hearing. No investigation of Hospital
and Doctors. Why ? This is Double Standard of Justice in California.
